About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program that simulates a startup accelerator environment. You will join a team to develop a breakthrough idea or solution for a complex customer problem. This program is designed to help you build technical skills while working on projects that address real-world challenges.
What you'll do#
- Work in teams to complete a challenge project.
- Solve problems using company products and engagement models.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders throughout the summer.
- Present your final challenge project to senior leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- You must be scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
