About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed to solve complex customer problems. You will work in a team environment that simulates a startup accelerator. The program focuses on developing technical skills while you work on specific challenge projects. The summer concludes with a final Challenge Cup competition where you will present your work to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop breakthrough ideas or solutions for customer problems.
- Collaborate in teams to address specific challenge projects.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders throughout the program.
- Use Booz Allen products and engagement models to solve problems.
- Participate in a final Challenge Cup competition and presentation.
What you'll need#
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter or Spring 2027, or Winter or Spring 2028.
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
