About the role#
The Summer Games is an internship program designed to solve complex customer problems. You will join a team to work on a specific challenge project in an environment that functions like a startup accelerator. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders and use company products to build solutions. The summer ends with a final Challenge Cup competition where teams present their work to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Develop a breakthrough idea or solution for customer challenges.
- Work within a team to solve multidimensional problems.
- Use company products and engagement models to build your project.
- Participate in the final Challenge Cup competition and presentation.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with an expected graduation date in Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Understanding of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new languages and frameworks quickly.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience creating technical documentation and design artifacts.
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
