About the role#
This position offers students hands-on experience in a fine dining environment at the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch. You will work in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles to gain a complete view of restaurant operations. This is a paid opportunity where hours can be applied toward the 800-hour work experience requirement for graduation.
What you'll do#
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient guest service.
- Follow service protocols and safety standards.
- Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and closing duties.
- Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Coordinate food orders to ensure proper timing, accuracy, and quality.
- Support kitchen and service operations during lunch and dinner shifts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the Collins College of Hospitality Management.
- A strong interest in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management.
- Ability to work flexible hours during lunch and dinner service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Location: Pomona, California.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week.
