About the role#
The Content and Channel Operations team is looking for a student assistant to support recurring project setup, scheduling, and operational maintenance. You will work with a variety of software tools to track projects, coordinate reviews, and organize team documentation. This position is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Create, assign, and maintain recurring projects in the project management system.
- Update scheduling tools and recurring operational calendars, including term dates.
- Monitor project and task statuses to ensure work is assigned correctly and completed on time.
- Support project review meetings by sending reminders and documenting assignments.
- Assist with intake and review coordination by tracking materials and routing requests to leadership.
- Document team processes, standards, and operational procedures.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at SNHU.
- Work study as part of your financial aid package.
- Interest in or prior experience with project management, operations, or communications.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle internal information with professionalism and discretion.
- Availability to work at least 4 hours during normal business hours between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
Location & details#
- This role is available as remote or hybrid in Manchester, New Hampshire.
- Weekly hours range from 10 to 15, not to exceed 20 hours per week.
- The hourly pay range is $13.00 to $15.00.
