    About the role#

    This Engineer Co-op program provides hands-on experience within our production facilities across the United States. You will work in a team-oriented environment, gaining exposure to both technical operations and people management. The program is designed to help you explore career paths in manufacturing while you develop leadership skills. This is a paid, full-time position for the Summer 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Lead production or maintenance teams, project groups, or technical operations.
    • Engage in Operations Leadership or Maintenance and Reliability Engineering roles.
    • Participate in process optimization and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
    • Supervise specialized teams related to production and runtime activities.
    • Manage projects including business case development, budget oversight, and process improvements.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.
    • A GPA of 2.7 or higher is preferred.
    • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
    • Strong initiative and resourcefulness.
    • Geographically flexible and willing to relocate for the duration of the co-op.

    • Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (with potential for relocation to various U.S. plant sites).
