About the role#
As an Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a production or maintenance role within our manufacturing facilities. This program is designed to provide exposure to both technical tasks and people-management responsibilities. You will work alongside teams to execute critical initiatives and develop your leadership skills in a plant environment. Interns are encouraged to participate in networking events and development opportunities throughout the 12-week program.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience leading production or maintenance teams, project groups, or technical operations.
- Engage with teams to improve processes and manage assets related to facility production.
- Lead short and long-term planning activities, including weekly maintenance schedules.
- Participate in daily production management meetings.
- Supervise specialized teams and work activities related to runtime.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Right to work in the U.S. without reliance on a student visa or third-party employer sponsorship.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Geographical flexibility and willingness to relocate for the internship.
