    About the role#

    This summer internship offers a chance to understand the commercial side of our food business. You will work alongside our Retail, Trade, and Food Ingredient Sales teams to see how our sales function integrates with broader business operations. You will gain exposure to the daily challenges of the industry while completing projects that contribute to our business success.

    What you'll do#

    • Learn sales cycle aspects and direct sales techniques.
    • Execute multiple short-term projects and work assignments.
    • Set and reach goals for your internship experience.
    • Proactively learn about our product lines and customer portfolio.
    • Participate in company learning and development programs.
    • Build professional connections through networking opportunities.
    • Present your project findings at the end of the summer.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
    • Right to work in the U.S. without reliance on a student visa.
    • High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
    • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • Geographical flexibility to relocate for the internship.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • Locations: Wayzata, Minnesota and Wichita, Kansas.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
    • Environment: Primarily office-based with opportunities to learn in plant environments.
