About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the public accounting profession. You will gain experience through client engagements and professional development opportunities. The role is full-time and based in Indianapolis.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals across all levels of the organization.
- Participate in training sessions and team building initiatives.
- Complete and present a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions such as lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- You are a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited accounting or business administration program.
- You are two years away from graduation.
- You have proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- You are able to travel to client sites as needed, including same-day travel.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.

- Term: Spring 2028.
- Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour.
