About the role#
As an Audit Intern at Cherry Bekaert, you will gain direct insight into the public accounting profession. This role provides a foundation for your career by allowing you to work with multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements. You will receive support and training while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to perform client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, with graduation expected in two years.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a compensation range of $30 to $35 per hour.
