About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements and build a foundation for your future career. This is a paid, full-time position located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals across all levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and marketing or research projects.
- Attend social functions, lunches, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- You are a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited accounting, finance, or business administration program.
- You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above (preferred).
- You are proficient with computers and spreadsheet software.
- You have the ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
- You possess strong organizational skills.
