About the role#
As a Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory Intern, you will work with our team on federal tax credit and deduction projects. This role involves direct interaction with clients to gather data and support the development of tax incentive opportunities. You will assist engagement teams throughout the lifecycle of a project, from initial planning to the assembly of final deliverables.
What you'll do#
- Serve clients on federal credits and incentives engagements, including R&D tax credit and deduction analyses.
- Interview technical personnel and review memoranda to support credit and incentive opportunities.
- Manage the review and organization of client data for analysis.
- Support engagement teams by tracking project status and identifying next steps.
- Lead the assembly of final client deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting program.
- Two years from graduation with 150 credit hours.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Ability to participate in engagement strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
