About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements and build a foundation for your future career. The role is a full-time, paid position based in Louisville, Kentucky, during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals across all levels of the organization.
- Participate in training initiatives and team building activities.
- Complete and present a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions, including lunches, community service projects, and team outings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, with graduation expected within two years.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, though not required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
