About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a foundation for your career. You will work alongside professionals of all levels to support client engagements and participate in firm initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple supervisors across various client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals to learn about the daily operations of the firm.
- Join team building, training initiatives, and social functions like lunches and community service projects.
- Complete and present a marketing or research project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting, business administration, or finance program.
- You should be approximately two years from graduation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- The ability to travel to client sites as needed.
