About the role#
CNH is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position based in Oak Brook, Illinois. You will work with our engineering team to develop software for agriculture and construction machinery.
What you'll do#
- Write and develop software using C and C++ in a Linux environment.
- Use embedded hardware simulation to test feature validity.
- Validate features through work on test stands and on actual machines.
- Collaborate with the broader engineering team on project goals.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for your work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Completion of coursework in embedded programming.
