    About the role#

    This internship offers hands-on experience supporting end users within a desktop computing environment. You will work with our IT team to maintain and upgrade systems across multiple locations. This position is based in Windsor, Connecticut, and runs on a rolling basis with full-time hours available.

    What you'll do#

    • Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain PC hardware, network, and voice equipment.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues through in-person, phone, and email support.
    • Provide timely assistance to end users to ensure system performance.
    • Gain practical knowledge of IT operations by supporting systems across various sites.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor's level program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • Previous experience is helpful but not required.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Windsor, Connecticut.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: 20 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
    • This is a paid internship.
