About the role#
This 12 to 15 week internship provides undergraduate Kinesiology students with clinical exposure alongside operational support. You will rotate through different areas to observe physical, occupational, and speech therapy practices. The program includes a longitudinal quality improvement project developed in collaboration with the GV Rehab Quality Committee.
What you'll do#
- Pull dirty linens, restock clean linens, and organize equipment.
- Wipe down treatment tables and exercise equipment between patients.
- Break down discharged charts, scan paperwork, and handle filing.
- Ensure therapy tools are properly labeled and placed for easy access.
- Complete a longitudinal quality improvement project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate Kinesiology program.
- Ability to relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting.
