About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 at LCMC University Medical Center. You will work on-site in New Orleans, Louisiana, as part of the Crothall Healthcare team.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the daily cleaning and sanitation of designated areas.
- Support the team to keep the facility clean and safe.
- Learn the correct procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Participate in required training sessions and team meetings.
- Report maintenance issues to your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, specifically in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or Nursing.
- Basic knowledge of environmental services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize your daily tasks.
