About the role#
As a Supply Chain intern, you will gain exposure to market analysis, sourcing, contracting, logistics, and supplier relations. You will work on specific projects that vary based on your assignment. Interns participate in site wide activities, including field trips, seminars, and social events. You will receive mentorship and guidance throughout the term, culminating in a final presentation of your work. This is a paid, full-time internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide support in sourcing and contracting through market analysis.
- Perform analysis and prepare dashboards to track supplier performance and spend.
- Work with suppliers to improve purchasing processes.
- Evaluate performance and identify opportunities for logistics improvement.
- Interact with suppliers to manage performance and contract assurance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to commit to at least ten continuous weeks for the internship.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
