About the role#
This summer internship offers exposure to HR operations, talent management, and business partner functions. You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance from a dedicated supervisor. The program includes seminars, social activities, and networking opportunities with leadership. You will conclude the internship by delivering a presentation on your work and experience to HR leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support various lines of business as an HR Business Partner.
- Assist with talent management activities, including recruiting and development.
- Work on compensation and benefits tasks.
- Participate in projects across different HR functions.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to HR leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Availability to start the internship in mid-late May 2027.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are located in Houston, Texas; Bartlesville, Oklahoma; or Midland, Texas.
