About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for students pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related business fields. You will work on specific assignments while participating in orientation, teambuilding, and community service activities. The program includes regular coaching from supervisors and mentors, plus opportunities to interact with upper management. At the end of the term, you will present your work and findings to local management.
What you'll do#
- Complete a project-based job assignment over 10 to 12 weeks.
- Participate in weekly seminars and teambuilding events.
- Receive periodic performance appraisals and professional guidance.
- Present your project outcomes and learning experiences to leadership.
- Engage in community service activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to start the internship in mid-late May 2027.
- Minimum of 10 continuous weeks of availability.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
