About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional exposure to the homebuilding industry. You will work within a primary department to learn about business operations, systems, and company policies. The program includes project work, research, and jobsite observations to help you understand how different functions support the overall business.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in your assigned office, field location, or jobsite.
- Assist with department-specific projects, reporting, and administrative coordination.
- Learn industry terminology, business systems, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand homebuilding and business processes.
- Participate in training programs, meetings, and departmental rotations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- A degree or coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
