About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional exposure to the homebuilding industry. You will work within a primary department or functional area to support daily operations. The program includes departmental rotations, project work, research, and administrative tasks. You will gain insight into how different areas of the company support homebuying and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations across departments, offices, or jobsites.
- Assist with research, reporting, and coordination of business projects.
- Learn industry terminology, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the customer experience.
- Participate in training programs and meetings to explore career paths.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying work settings.
- Candidates pursuing an advanced degree may also be considered.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
- Requirements: Ability to work overtime and travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.
