About the role#
This position supports the MAT-200 course during the Fall 2026 semester. You will work directly with the instructor to assist students and manage course administrative tasks. This is a paid, on-site student role for currently matriculated students at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
What you'll do#
- Grade student assignments and exams.
- Help students during lab sessions and office hours.
- Upload grades to Moodle.
- Meet with students online if the instructor requires it.
- Track and report your hours worked.
- Assist with classroom operations, such as setting up equipment or managing slide decks.
- Meet weekly with the instructor to review performance.
What you'll need#
- Successful completion of MAT-200 with a grade of B or better.
- Proven proficiency with the course material.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude toward learning and helping others.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Current enrollment as a matriculated student at DigiPen with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Location & details#
- Location: Redmond, Washington.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 1 to December 10, 2026).
- Hours: Up to 8 hours per week.
- Pay: $17.13 - $18.25 per hour, based on previous terms worked at DigiPen.
- Note: You must reside within the State of Washington. You cannot work during times when you have a scheduled class.
