About the role#
Dimensional Fund Advisors is hiring for a nine-week summer internship in the Global Client Group. This role sits within the Sales Operations department in Austin. You will support the team by managing client reporting requirements and assisting with business development tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Provide quality control for client reports and requests.
- Maintain databases and compile business statistics.
- Learn the firm's investment philosophy and process.
- Proactively communicate your capacity, needs, and project challenges.
- Present project activities in team meetings and small forums.
- Support the daily operational needs of the sales group.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or specialized Master's degree program.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Documented analytical and quantitative skills.
- Preferred coursework in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
