About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the DIRECTV for Business organization. You will work on projects that support our brand and product value, helping to drive customer leads and activations. Depending on your background, you will focus on either Business Marketing or User Experience and Design. This role is fully remote.
What you'll do#
- Write marketing copy for websites, ads, and agency creative briefs.
- Identify market segmentation and targeting opportunities to suggest marketing strategies.
- Analyze KPI analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and review competitive efforts.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to refresh website visuals.
- Evaluate website user experience and marketing user flow to recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners and agencies to manage projects from start to finish.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience working in virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, including trend and usage reports.
- Ability to hold yourself accountable in a remote work environment.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position based in the United States.
- The internship lasts 10 weeks, with program dates running from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, or June 14, 2027 to August 20, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Undergraduates earn $20 per hour, and graduate students earn $28 per hour.
- You must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future.
