About the role#
Duquesne University is hiring a Marketing and Communications Assistant to support the Enrollment Management team. This is a paid, on-site position based in Libermann Hall. The role is available for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Create and schedule social media content, including text, photos, and video, while following brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Track and report on social media analytics.
- Proofread and edit emails, presentations, and print materials.
- Update PowerPoint slides for enrollment marketing projects.
- Coordinate email campaigns by working with student ambassadors and campus departments.
What you'll need#
- Current Work-Study eligibility.
- Availability to work during standard University business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Enrollment in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies.
- Prior experience is preferred and may qualify you for a higher pay tier.

- This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work is performed on-site at Libermann Hall and other campus locations.
- The position requires up to 20 hours per week.
