About the role#
This student employee position supports the Investment Strategy Institute Programs Director. You will act in the director's absence and serve as a primary resource for students, visitors, and alumni. This is a high-profile role that requires professional conduct and strong verbal communication skills.
What you'll do#
- Assist with all areas of Institute programs.
- Teach and demonstrate the use of Bloomberg Software to users and visitors.
- Provide support for various finance software tools and classroom instructional technologies.
- Interact with high-profile guests including alumni, parents, and donors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Finance major.
- Completion of at least one 300-level finance course with a grade of B or better.
- Advanced working knowledge of Bloomberg Software, including the BMC product certification.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Preference is given to students in the SMIF program or those with leadership experience.
