About the role#
We are hiring a Power BI & Analytics Intern to join our Business Intelligence & Systems team. You will build and maintain dashboards that provide insights to departments including manufacturing, finance, and operations. This role offers hands-on experience with data visualization, ETL development, and business analysis. You will work directly with our team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Work with business units and IT to gather requirements and clarify data needs.
- Validate data, reconcile information, and troubleshoot existing reports to ensure accuracy.
- Use Jira to manage your work items and track project progress.
- Document datasets, business logic, and internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Service, including report creation and data modeling.
- Ability to write SQL queries, including joins, filters, and aggregations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- This internship is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
- This is an on-site, full-time position for Summer 2026.
