About the role#
This is a temporary 8-month co-op assignment based in Marshalltown, Iowa. You will work on-site as part of a team, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics within an automation manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design of test systems, data architecture, and analytics derived from control processes.
- Develop automated routines for data collection, pre-processing, and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with research and data science teams to perform exploratory analytics and identify trends.
- Support multi-disciplinary agile teams as they develop and improve AI models.
- Create reports and metrics to help drive efficient initiatives.
- Document and present your progress and results to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and Python.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Junior or Senior standing.
- Ability to work on-site in Marshalltown.
