About the role#
Entegris is looking for a Technical Training Co-op to join our team in Colorado Springs for the Winter 2027 season. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment. You will work with the APS Technical Training team to help develop, manage, and improve employee training programs. Your work will focus on training documentation, learning management system (LMS) activities, data analysis, and projects that support workforce capability and operational goals.
What you'll do#
- Create, revise, and organize technical training materials, work instructions, and learning resources.
- Manage training records and LMS activities, such as enrollment tracking and reporting.
- Analyze training metrics to find completion trends, compliance gaps, and ways to improve processes.
- Work with trainers, subject matter experts, and operational teams to support onboarding and qualification initiatives.
- Join continuous improvement projects focused on knowledge management and training effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with an interest in learning and development and process improvement.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for participating in a co-op program.
Location & details#
- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (Rockrimmon).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Duration: January through June 2027.
- This position is on-site and paid.
