About the role#
As an intern in bridge and structural design at EXP, you will join our design team to work on engineering mandates for various structures. You will contribute to the realization of projects and gain practical experience within our team.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the design of simple structural elements.
- Develop design tools.
- Prepare feasibility studies and preliminary project reports.
- Create asset maintenance plans for structural works.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including plans, specifications, cost estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Depending on project availability, you may also assist with site inspections, special transport mandates, and construction surveillance tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in civil engineering.
- An AEC or DEC in civil engineering is an asset.
- A responsible, autonomous, and rigorous approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- Location: Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
