About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain real-world experience within the business and commercial organizations at ExxonMobil. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support key business priorities, helping you develop professional capabilities and explore potential career paths.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to meaningful project work across areas such as finance, marketing, supply chain, and strategic planning.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from team members.
- Participate in facility tours, social events, and learning sessions with senior leaders.
- Build professional relationships with your intern cohort and recent graduates.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree in a business-related discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Statistics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The term is for Summer 2026, lasting approximately 3 months.
- The primary location for this role is Spring, Texas.
