    About the role#

    As an Engineering Co-op for the Records team, you will collaborate with Engineers, Drafters, and Records Analysts. You will help maintain the quality of technical documents and engineering records. This role focuses on document control, quality assurance, and drafting support to ensure our records meet regulatory and internal standards.

    What you'll do#

    • Maintain and optimize automated workflows and Power BI dashboards.
    • Create process flow diagrams in Visio to standardize engineering workflows.
    • Revise engineering drawings using CAD software.
    • Manage drawing reservations and maintain the Document Management System in coordination with the Engineering Drafting Work Leader.
    • Ensure drawings align with company and regulatory quality standards.
    • Coordinate with Records Analysts to identify and resolve issues within engineering records.
    • Support project closeout by facilitating communication between Records Analysts and Engineering teams.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor of Engineering program (second year or higher) or an Applied Sciences technologist program.
    • Active participation in a university or college Co-op program.
    • Strong computer skills and clear verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across various professional backgrounds.
    • Experience or knowledge of CAD applications and ArcGIS is an asset.

    • Location: Surrey, British Columbia.
    • Term: 8-month position starting in Winter 2027.
    • Modality: This is an on-site, full-time role.
