    About the role#

    This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and lifecycle management of control system products for power plants. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and marketing, to define product vision and track development progress.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct customer, market, and stakeholder discovery to identify unmet needs.
    • Assess current product capabilities and recommend roadmap options.
    • Translate needs into clear, testable product requirements and documentation.
    • Develop business cases that define opportunities, values, and risks.
    • Create lightweight prototypes, process flows, or visual concepts for stakeholder evaluation.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 4.0 on a 5.0 scale.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    • Term: Summer 2027 (May or June to August).
    • Location: Greenville, South Carolina or Longmont, Colorado.
    • Modality: 100% on-site.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
