About the role#
This is a 12-week internship program designed for students interested in product management. You will join a cohort of peers to work on strategic business projects, attend mentorship sessions, and gain exposure to leadership. The program runs during Summer 2027 with two start date options in late May or early June.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a real-world strategic business project.
- Present your project objectives, processes, and results to company leadership at the end of the summer.
- Participate in a team case competition.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across the organization.
- Attend networking events, executive speaker sessions, and the annual intern summit.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering. A preferred graduation date is Spring 2028.
- A strong interest in the Product Management Leadership Development Program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Locations include Golden Valley, MN; Delavan, WI; North Aurora, IL; Brookfield, WI; Apex, NC; and New Brighton, MN.
