About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship program designed for students interested in Pentair’s Engineering Leadership Development Program. You will work on strategic business projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and participate in a team case competition. At the end of the summer, you will present your project outcomes to company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to a strategic business project that supports our mission.
- Gain hands-on experience through daily tasks and mentorship.
- Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership.
- Participate in professional development sessions and networking events.
- Collaborate with a cohort of fellow interns.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Currently enrolled as a junior with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in the three-year Engineering Leadership Development Program, which requires relocation.
- Ability to work on-site during the summer.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
