About the role#
This is a 12-week internship program designed for students interested in the Finance Leadership Development Program. You will work on a strategic business project, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to leadership across the organization. The program includes mentorship, networking events, executive speaker sessions, and a team case competition.
What you'll do#
- Complete a real-world strategic business project.
- Present project objectives, processes, and results to company leadership.
- Participate in professional development programming and the Intern Summit.
- Work alongside a cohort of peers and mentors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong interest in the full-time Finance Leadership Development Program after graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Golden Valley, MN.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid at $28.00 per hour.
