About the role#
This is a 12-week internship program designed for students who want to develop leadership skills within supply chain and operations. You will work on a real-world strategic business project that contributes to the company mission. This is a full-time, paid position that includes mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Complete a strategic business project and present your objectives, processes, and results to company leadership.
- Participate in a team case competition with other interns.
- Attend the Pentair Intern Summit for learning and development.
- Engage in mentorship sessions, executive speaker events, and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior undergraduate student.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management.
- A strong interest in pursuing the full-time Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program after graduation.
- A desire to become a future leader at Pentair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Willingness to relocate for the program.
