About the role#
This is a 12-week internship program designed to help you build leadership skills and gain experience in IT and cybersecurity. You will work on a strategic business project and engage with a cohort of fellow interns through professional development sessions and a team case competition. At the end of the program, you will present your project outcomes to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Complete a real-world, strategic business project.
- Participate in mentorship programs and networking events.
- Collaborate with other interns on a team case competition.
- Present your project objectives and results to company leaders.
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on assignments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
- Currently enrolled as a junior undergraduate with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in joining the full-time IT & Cybersecurity Leadership Development Program after graduation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Golden Valley, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
