About the role#
This internship is a 12-week program designed to provide foundational experience in Human Resources. You will work directly with HR leaders across manufacturing operations, business units, and functional HR teams. The program focuses on building your professional acumen and understanding how HR impacts the broader organization.
What you'll do#
- Complete meaningful projects as part of an HR team that benefit your assigned site or business function.
- Participate in professional development activities, including mentorship and networking events.
- Network with the Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders.
- Deliver a professional presentation of your key learnings and project impact to the leadership team at the end of the summer.
- Engage in social and volunteer events to build connections across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a first-year graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A strong interest in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program, which involves potential relocation upon graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
