About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program for Summer 2027. You will join a cohort of students to gain hands-on experience and build professional skills. The program is designed for students interested in the full-time Sales Leadership Development Program after graduation. You will work 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Complete a strategic business project and present your results to company leadership at the end of the summer.
- Participate in mentorship, coaching, and networking sessions with experienced professionals.
- Engage in cohort activities, including executive speaker sessions, a team case competition, and the Intern Summit.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to support our work in water solutions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Enrolled as a junior undergraduate with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Interest in a future career in sales leadership.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Golden Valley, MN, Charlotte, NC, Hanover Park, IL, Delavan, WI, or Brookfield, WI.
- Relocation financial support may be available.
- There are two schedule options: late May to early August or early June to mid-August 2027.
