About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within the Kite Commercial team. You will gain experience in the biopharmaceutical industry while supporting initiatives that advance our mission. The program includes professional development, leadership presentations, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives by partnering across teams.
- Contribute to commercial planning and business analysis by assessing market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics.
- Lead an independent summer project with meaningful ownership, culminating in a final presentation to commercial leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and other departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program, with plans to continue full-time enrollment in the Fall semester.
- Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Preferred: MBA, PhD, or PharmD candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the internship.

- Location: El Segundo, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (on-site work required).
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly range of $19.00 to $55.00, depending on education level and location. Benefits include paid company holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees.
