About the role#
Join our team as a Mechanical Engineering Intern to work alongside engineers on fluid handling equipment. You will gain experience in machine design, failure analysis, strength of materials, and fluid mechanics while solving technical problems.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on mechanical design ideation.
- Provide hands-on support for prototyping and testing.
- Design test plans and conduct testing.
- Analyze designs using engineering tools like CREO and Finite Element Analysis.
- Evaluate designs against industry standards such as SAE and UL.
- Troubleshoot product issues in the lab, field, or manufacturing environment.
- Review product literature and instruction manuals.
- Develop and implement solutions to solve technical problems.
- Work within a team environment to support product development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Mechanical aptitude and a preference for hands-on work.
- Experience with CAD software such as Solid Works or Creo.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
