About the role#
The Sourcing Intern will support the strategic sourcing team with cost reduction, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Rogers, Minnesota. You will work on projects that contribute to the business while developing your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on major commodity and part cost drivers.
- Track key department metrics on a weekly basis.
- Monitor first article supplier tool building.
- Assist with supplier risk mitigation efforts.
- Help with trade compliance and conflict minerals requirements.
What you'll need#
- You are entering your junior year of college or higher.
- You are pursuing a four-year degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are comfortable using a PC and have experience with MS Office.
- Course work or experience in supply chain or manufacturing is preferred.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This role is located on-site in Rogers, Minnesota.
- This is a full-time, rolling internship.
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour.
