    About the role#

    This co-op provides engineering support for electrical, instrumentation, and control applications across all paper mill operations. You will gain experience in process control systems, power distribution, and industrial maintenance.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist EI&C Department Engineers with daily tasks.
    • Create changes in the Distributed Control System (DCS) and PLC programming.
    • Maintain and update equipment files and technical drawings.
    • Supervise project-related installations and equipment parts.
    • Meet with vendors, contractors, and other engineers.
    • Gather field data and manage inventory analysis.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work with plant personnel and engineering groups.
    • Self-initiative and the ability to work independently.
    • Willingness to work in environments that are dirty, noisy, hot, and humid.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin.
    • Terms: Summer 2027 or Fall 2027.
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
    • This is a paid, on-site, full-time position.
