    About the role#

    As a Process Engineer intern, you will work with Production Superintendents, the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, and other process engineers. You will support special projects aimed at improving process efficiency and productivity.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and optimization.
    • Design and execute chemical trials to boost quality and productivity.
    • Assist with equipment start-up and optimization tasks.
    • Perform statistical analysis on finished product properties.
    • Engage with customers to address quality issues or manage special trials.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Accounting.
    • Experience collecting and analyzing data.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software.
    • A collaborative approach to working with teams to meet objectives.

    • Location: Morrilton, Arkansas.
    • This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
    • The term is rolling.
