About the role#
This administrative internship provides hands-on experience with daily office operations at our Marshall location. You will support the team through clerical tasks, reception duties, and project work. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Greet clients and visitors, acting as a professional point of contact.
- Manage general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office programs.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and company events.
- Handle incoming deliveries by signing for and distributing packages.
- Assist with research, office supply purchasing, and maintaining customer records.
- Run local errands or pick up materials as requested.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a clerical role.
- Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office software.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete required training on company policies and safety procedures.
