About the role#
Guthrie offers a two-year Administrative Fellowship designed for applied learning. You will work on strategic projects with organizational impact during your first year through a series of leadership rotations. In your second year, you will focus on a targeted development plan and a one-year operational assignment. This role involves participating in decision-making processes alongside the Senior Leadership Team.
What you'll do#
- Complete structured experiential rotational assignments during your first year.
- Manage a one-year operational assignment and a targeted development plan in your second year.
- Attend and participate in operational leadership meetings at the department, entity, and system levels.
- Focus on areas such as performance improvement, patient satisfaction, financial performance, and program development.
- Handle confidential materials, including patient information and medical records, with discretion.
- Use diplomacy, tact, and professionalism when interacting with personnel at all levels.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in health care administration, business administration, or a related discipline from an accredited graduate program.

- This position is based in Sayre, Pennsylvania.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role.
