About the role#
As a Tax Intern at Hantz Group, you will join our Family Office team to gain hands-on experience in tax accounting. You will work alongside CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors to learn how tax planning integrates with broader financial services. This role is available on a rolling basis and offers full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Analyze tax liability for clients.
- Prepare tax projections to support proactive planning.
- Assist the tax team with client service tasks.
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
- Follow all industry rules and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Intentions to complete an Enrolled Agent or Certified Public Accountant license.
- Ability to obtain an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus a self-starter mindset.
